EMMURIEL DOKES, SR., 94, of Little Rock, transitioned from his earthly body to be with God on June 8, 2026.
Survivors are his wife of 69 years, Lillian Dokes; his children, Emmuriel Dokes, Jr., Charles Dokes, and Angela Ellis. Anthony Dokes preceded him in death. Grandchildren, Joseph Ellis and Erica Ellis.

A Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 9 a.m. until service time. Funeral Services will be held immediately following at 10 a.m. All Services will be held at Bethel AME Church, 600 Cedar St., North Little Rock, Ark. Interment at noon at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Ave., NLR, Ark., 72120.
