Emmanuel J. Blackwell, 90, of Little Rock, AR, passed away on July 18, 2026.
He leaves to cherish his memory, Wife, Cora Blackwell; Sons, Emmanuel F. Blackwell, Anthony W. Blackwell; Daughter, Lisa L. Blackwell; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, eight brothers, one sister, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2026 from 5-6 p.m. at Ruffin and Jarrett Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Greater Trinity COGIC, 2400 Wright Avenue, Little Rock, AR, 72202.
